Celebrate the BSA's 106th Anniversary in February, 2016!
The last two years our Troop was named "Top Troop In The Council" Can we do it again?
Our unit can earn the beautiful purple "106th Anniversary Honor Unit" ribbon! Complete any two of the following activities during February:
1. Attend a religious service as a unit (if possible), wearing your BSA uniforms. (Scout Sunday is Feb. 7th, Scout Sabbath is Feb. 13th.)
2. Put up a BSA display in a business' window.
3. Conduct a service project.
4. Perform a flag ceremony outside of your unit's meeting, wearing Scout uniforms, for a school, service group, governmental meeting, care facility, or other appropriate gathering.
5. Write a letter to the Editor. Thank your community for their support of Scouting, and name a few of your unit's good turns.
6. Secure a Mayoral Proclamation, recognizing BSA Anniversary Week, Feb. 7th-13th.
7. As a unit, wear your BSA uniforms to school one day.

Our Districts Annual 1st Aid O'ral. Test your first aid skills at this annual Troop competition. We consistantly finish in the top three and have won this one in the past, can we win it again.

A scout is Reverent. Attend your Church's Sunday service in your scout uniform. Please let us know if you attended in uniform so we can order the correct number of patches, pictures would be nice as well.

Scout / Parent Dinner
Our Districts annual Scout-Parent Dinner. Find out who won the Jackson Award (we have one it twice in the past). Decorate our table for the table decorating contest (we have won the last three years) and enjoy some good food.

Duck Box and Birdhouse Conservation project
Our annual Conservation Project at the Helena Regulating Reservoir. We will repair and replace bedding in 13 Duck Boxes (2 more than last year) and repair and clean out the more than 30 bird houses around the reservoir.

Join us for the 2017 World Scout Ten Pin Bowling Competition. We will be joined by our sister Girl Scout Troop for this competition. We will have a Boy Scout, Girl Scouts and Leader Teams.

2017 International Scouts Trash The Trash Day
Join us for the 2nd International Scouts Trash The Trash Day. An internationalScout event started by our Troop in 2015. The objective of Scouts Trash The Trash Day is to get Scouts through out the world to go out and pick up trash in their communities on the same day.

Join us again this year for the 2017 International Jamboree on the Trail. We will join Scouts world wide all who will be hiking on the same day.

2017 World Scout Scarf Day
The idea of "World Scout Scarf Day" on August 1 is that all active and former scouts are requested to wear their scout scarfs in public to make the "spirit of scouting" visible: once a scout - always a scout!
